Play With Fury

Age beyond the dare of hope
Twinkling bright, light eyes
An aeon past, lost in ethereal shadows
Ghost of a boy in nostalgia

A putrid soul, burning coal
Worldly winds fanning the fury
Gay smiles to bitter laughter
Blue moods, which remain after

From the bliss of a simpleton
To the curse of noesis
From harmless gestures
To paranoia’s lies

Ambitions to anger
The superhuman, addictive strength of a blaze
The scared little man-child
Hiding behind the flames

Devoid of all hope, confused
Losing control or gaining it
The purest feeling my friend
When I , play with fury……
